Russia to Allow Tourists Into Baikonur Space Center

Anyone wishing to witness the launching of rockets from Russia’s Baikonur Cosmodrome may soon get the chance when the launch pad opens its territory to audiences.

The Russian Space Agency has said it plans to send tours to the launch sites, after a number of travel companies asked the agency to allow civilians to take part in "space tours", the Interfax news agency reports.
