  • William Clancey: Senior Research Scientist, University of West Florida, Pensacola

And then there's yours truly, who will be delivering a paper and presentation on External Tank-derived heavy-lift launch vehicles.

Possibly afterwards. My employer is sponsoring my presentation, and it is unlikely the material will get through the approval loops much before the conference.
