The Company You Keep

Looks like Bruce Gagnon's Global Network has found a new friend:

Karl Grossman reported that Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) had called the GN office to say she intends to lead a fight to defund Project Prometheus, the nuclear rocket that is being funded at over $400 million in 2005. Rep. McKinney is sending a "Dear Colleague" letter to Congress inviting them to join her in the effort. (We urge all of our supporters to contact their congressperson urging them to join her.)

UPDATE: It seems the convergence of interests between Congresswoman McKinney and Mr. Gagnon go beyond opposition to what they mistakenly call a "nuclear rocket": We Want Real Answers About 9/11

I wonder if Bruce knows or cares that McKinney is a racist and an antisemite.

I don't know, but I can't help but think it would make him reconsider offering her his support. After all, if aerospace engineers are to be condemned as "Nazis" through a contrived guilt-by-association link to Paperclip, I'd expect him to be at least a little bit put off by her comments about Hindus, Jews, Israel, etc.

No. You see, in his world the ends justify the means. If he needs to ally himself with a satanist child abuser who smokes crack .... well that's the price of making an omlette. He's one of the good guys, remember.
