MRO Delayed a Day

Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter to Launch Aug. 11

Interestingly (to me, at least), the Atlas V launching it will carry on its side a memorial placard which includes (among others) the name of one of my recently-deceased coworkers. How cool is that?

Now delayed to the 12th. IIRC, the last chance is the 14th, so I hope they can light that candle!
